- 3 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1 pch salt
- 1 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
Directions

1(Butter and lowfat milk is heated till butter melts)

2Beat egg whites till stiff, Add in yolks and beat well.

3Gradually add in the sugar and beat well again.

4Mix in the sifted flour and cream of tartar.

5Add in soda to lowfat milk and butter.

6Add in to mix and mix in well.

7Pour into lined sponge tin and bake 375 deg.
