- Ingredients 6 sweet red peppers
- 2 medium onions, quartered
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1RelishRemove stems and seeds from red peppers.

2Using coarse blade of food chopper, grind peppers and onions, reserving juices.

3In Dutch oven or large saucepan combine peppers and onions and reserved juices.

4Stir in sugar, vinegar, and salt.

5Bring to boiling; boil gently, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes.

6Cool; cover and chill till needed.
