- 1 head cabbage
- 1 large onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 c. oil
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Chop cabbage, onion and bell pepper.

2Sprinkle sugar over top of chopped mixture.

3Bring to a boil, vinegar, oil, salt and celery seed; pour over vegetable mixture and stir well. Refrigerate overnight.

4Will keep for 3 weeks.
