  • 1 stick margarine
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Boil first 4 ingredients for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add this mixture to 2 cups of plain flour and 2 cups of sugar. Then add the buttermilk, soda, salt and eggs. Pour mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
