- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 4 1/2 oz. evaporated milk
- bread crumbs
- oil
Directions

1Combine eggs, garlic powder, salt, pepper and evaporated milk. Marinate chicken in mixture for 4 days, covered, and refrigerated.

2On the fourth day, discard mixture and roll the chicken in bread crumbs.

3Deep fry in oil until golden brown. Good hot or cold.
