  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 small boxes instant pudding mix (chocolate)
  • Cool Whip

    Mix together the flour, oleo and pecans.

    Press in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan or dish.

    Bake for 15 minutes at 350° until brown.
