Ingredients

  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 large Cool Whip
  • 2 boxes chocolate instant pudding mix, prepared as directed or 1 can blueberry or strawberry pie filling

    Mix first 3 ingredients well.

    Pat into oblong pan and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Cool.

    Mix next 3 ingredients and spread over bottom layer.

    Spread pudding mix over cream cheese mixture. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top.

    Sprinkle finely chopped pecans on top.

    You can use pie filling instead of pudding and last add Cool Whip.
