- 1 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened at room temperature
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 2 (8 oz.) tubs Cool Whip
- 2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant pudding
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- extra nuts
Directions

1First Layer:

2Mix together the oleo, flour, sugar and 1 cup chopped nuts with a fork until crumbly.

3Put in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Press it in (not real hard).

4Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

5Let cool.
