  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened at room temperature
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 (8 oz.) tubs Cool Whip
  • 2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant pudding
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • extra nuts

    Mix together the oleo, flour, sugar and 1 cup chopped nuts with a fork until crumbly.

    Put in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Press it in (not real hard).

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Let cool.
