- 1 stick oleo, softened
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 2 c. Cool Whip
- 3 c. milk
- 2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 1 to 2 c. Cool Whip for topping
Directions

1Mix oleo, flour and nuts.

2Press into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Bake at 375° for 10 to 13 minutes.

4Cool well.

5Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy; fold in 2 cups Cool Whip and spread on cooled crust.

6Beat milk and pudding mix together (about 3 minutes).

7Spread on cream cheese layer.

8Spread with additional Cool Whip and chill well before serving.
