- 4 c. boiling water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. lard
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 3 eggs
- 17 c. flour
Directions

1Soak yeast in 1 cup warm water.

2Boil water, salt and sugar 5 minutes.

3Add lard and cool.

4Add eggs and 4 cups flour, then yeast and remaining flour.

5Start at 4 o'clock, knead at 6 o'clock and make buns at 9 o'clock; let rise overnight.

6Bake at 425° for 12 to 15 minutes.

7These are great for breakfast.
