- 1 gal. glass jar cucumbers
- 1/2 c. kosher coarse salt
- 8 c. water
- 2 c. vinegar
- 8 grape leaves
- 4 garlic cloves
- fresh dill
Directions

1Bring salt, water and vinegar to boil and cool.

2Put 8 grape leaves in bottom of jar; add 1/2 the dill and garlic, then sliced cucumbers.

3(I cut mine the long way.)

4Bring salt, water and vinegar to a boil.

5Cool.

6Add garlic, dill and grape leaves last. Fill jar with brine.

7Put cloth over the top.

8Let stand in refrigerator for 5 days.
