  • 6 carrots, cut in 2-inch pieces
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/4 c. Minute tapioca
  • 2 small cans stewed tomatoes
  • 4 potatoes, chunked
  • 5 stalks celery, cut diagonally
  • 1 green pepper, cut in 1/8-inch pieces
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • salt
