  • 1 can water chestnuts, cut in fourths
  • 1 large can whole tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 lb. beef stew
  • 3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 c. red wine
