  • 250 ml milk (I use low fat, high calcium UHT)
  • 14 cup frozen blueberries (or a mix) or 14 cup frozen raspberries (or a mix) or 14 cup frozen strawberries (or a mix) or 14 cup frozen blackberrie (or a mix)
  • 1 ice cube

Directions

    Whiz it all together in a blender.

    Serve with a black straw and salty peanuts - my own bizarre preference.
