  • 4 potatoes, quartered
  • 1 c. sliced carrots
  • 1 (No. 2) can peas (juice and all)
  • 2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 stick margarine
