- 1 lb Hamburger
- 1/3 c. Minced Onion Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- 2 tsp Chili Pwdr
- 4 med Potatoes (Sliced Thin)
- 1/3 c. Dry White Rice
- 1/3 c. Minced Green Pepper
- 1 x #2 Can of Diced Tomatoes
- 1/3 c. Water
- 1/3 c. Catsup
Directions

1Brown hamburger and onion in skillet till brown.

2Add in salt, pepper and chili pwdr - cook for another minute or possibly two to mix.

3Remove meat mix from pan - layer in your potatoes in bottom of same pan.

4Pour dry rice on top of potatoes.

5Then layer the meat mix next - then the green pepper.

6Don't STIR.

7Pour can of tomatoes with juice on top.

8Then mix the water and catsup together and pour over entire mix.

9Place lid on pan and cook on low for 30 min.

10Don't STIR.

11When finished you have a very pretty presentable meal which is nicely complimented with corn bread sticks.
