- 5 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 lb. pineapple
- 1 lb. cherries (red and green)
- 4 c. pecans
- 1/2 oz. lemon flavoring
- 1/2 oz. vanilla flavoring
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1 3/4 c. flour
Directions

1Cream the butter and sugar.

2Add one egg at a time.

3Add 1 cup of flour to mixture.

4Add 3/4 cup of flour to fruits and nuts. Mix the cream mixture with the flour, fruits and nuts.

5Add flavorings last.

6Pour into greased and floured Bundt or tube pan. Bake at 250° for 3 hours.
