  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. Bisquick
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Brown ground beef, onion, salt and pepper.

    Spread in greased pie plate.

    In medium bowl, beat eggs, milk and baking mix until smooth.

    Pour over meat mixture. Bake at 400° until knife inserted comes out clean. Top with cheese and let melt.
