  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 lb. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut flavor
  • 1 Tbsp. pineapple flavor
  • 6 eggs
  • 3/4 c. evaporated milk

    Beat sugar and eggs until fluffy.

    Using an electric mixer gradually add flour, beating constantly and scraping down sides of bowl.
