- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. (or 1 fresh clove) garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- jalapeno peppers, if desired
- 16 oz. jar of tomatillo sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- 2 cans black beans, drained
- salsa (or picante) sauce
- Cheddar cheese, shredded
- sour cream
Directions

1Prepare spaghetti as directed.

2While pasta is cooking, in a large skillet, saute garlic, onion, and green pepper in olive oil. Add tomatillo sauce, cumin, and black beans.

3Mix well and allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes.
