- 2 yeast cakes
- 1 1/4 c. sweet milk
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 4 1/2 to 5 c. sifted flour
- 1/4 c. lukewarm water
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. instant potatoes
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Heat together in saucepan the milk, sugar, salt and half the butter.

3(Heat to lukewarm.)

4Add yeast and flour.

5Mix well, but do not stir more than is necessary to blend ingredients.

6Place in greased bowl.

7Cover and let set in warm place for 15 minutes. Shape into rolls in prepared pan and brush with remaining butter.

8Let rise for 15 minutes in warm place. Bake in a 450° oven for 10 minutes.
