  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 18 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
  • 3 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 2 cups Sharp, White Cheddar Cheese, Freshly Grated
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, Freshly Grated
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese, Freshly Grated
  • 2 teaspoons Finely Grated Onion
  • 1 jar (4 Oz. Size) Diced Pimentos, Completely Drained
  • 2 Tablespoons Green Onions, Minced

Directions

    Mix the salt, black pepper, and garlic powder together with the mayonnaise in a small bowl.

    Set aside.

    Beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer in a large bowl until light and fluffy.

    Add the mayonnaise mixture to the cream cheese and beat until well-combined.

    Stir in all the cheeses, the grated onion, and pimentos.

    If desired, add in the chopped green onions, to your taste.

    Mix until all ingredients are incorporated.

    Chill at least 1 hour before serving.

    You can make a sandwich with this, a grilled cheese, or even just serve with crackers.
