  • 2 c. hot water
  • 4 or 5 apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 can chunk pineapple
  • 1 can peaches, sliced
  • 3 or 4 carrots, grated
  • 1/2 to 1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped

    Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Pour juice off canned fruit and add water to make 2 cups of cold juice. Add to gelatin mixture and set aside.
