  • 1 box black cherry jello (clear)
  • 1 box cherry jello (creamy)
  • 1 box lime jello (clear)
  • 1 box lemon jello (creamy)
  • 1 box orange jello (clear)
  • 1 box orange-pineapple jello (creamy)
  • 1 box strawberry jello (clear)
  • 5 c. sourdough bread cubes
  • 3 c. milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. grated orange peel
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
  • 1/3 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. shredded coconut
  • 1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds
  • cream or milk (optional)

Directions

    Place bread cubes in lightly greased 2-quart casserole.

    In large bowl, beat together the eggs, yolks, sugar, vanilla, orange peel and cinnamon.

    Pour over bread cubes.

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Bake in preheated 350° oven until knife inserted near center comes out clean, 50 to 60 minutes.

    Serve with cream or milk, if desired.
