  • 1 1/2 c. margarine
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon extract
  • 3/4 c. 7-Up

Directions

    Cream sugar and margarine together and beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and beat well. Add flour slowly and beat well. Beat in lemon extract and 7-Up into batter. Pour into well-greased and floured jumbo fluted pan. Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
