  • 2 Tbsp. lemon extract
  • 3/4 c. 7-Up
  • 5 eggs

Directions

    Cream together butter and sugar for 20 minutes.

    Add eggs, one at a time.

    Add flour, lemon extract and 7-Up.

    Pour into well-greased cake pan and bake at 325° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
