  • 3 sticks butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon extract
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. 7-Up soda

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar together for about 15 minutes.

    Beat in eggs, one at a time.

    Slowly add the flour and lemon extract. Now, fold in 7-Up.

    Pour into a greased Bundt pan and bake at 325° for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
