  • 3 c. Sugar
  • 5 x Large eggs
  • 3 c. Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Extract
  • 3/4 can 7-Up

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar together 20 min, or possibly till a smooth blend is achieved.

    Add in Large eggs, one at a time.

    Add in flour and lemon extract.

    Mix in 7-Up .

    Pour into well greased 12 c. Bundt pan.

    Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hrs.
