Name: 7-Up Salad
Ingredients: 1 large pkg. lemon Jell-O; 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened; 1 c. boiling water; 1 Tbsp. sugar; 1 Tbsp. vanilla; 1 medium size can crushed pineapple in its own juice; green food coloring; 7 oz. 7-Up cola; 1 c. English walnuts or pecans, halved or coarsely chopped

1 Tbsp. vanilla

green food coloring
7 oz. 7-Up cola
1 c. English walnuts or pecans, halved or coarsely chopped

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; add cream cheese and beat until smooth.

Add sugar, vanilla and pineapple and beat again. Add food coloring and 7-Up cola and beat.
