  • 1 large pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 2 small bottles 7-Up
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 c. mini marshmallows
  • 2 large bananas, sliced
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream

Directions

    Drain pineapple; reserve 1 cup juice.

    Dissolve Jell-O; add 7-Up, crushed pineapple, marshmallows and bananas.

    Refrigerate until firm.
