  • 1 - 3 oz. package lemon Jello
  • 1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • 1 - 17 oz. can fruit cocktail or pineapple, drained
  • 1 small 7-up
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 cup boiling water

Directions

    Mix Jello with boiling water. Add cream cheese and beat until smooth. Add fruit, nuts, sugar, and vanilla. Pour in 7-up slowly and stir. Place in refrigerator and stir again in 15 minutes. Serve when congealed.
