- 4 lb. shredded cabbage
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 c. Wesson oil
- 1 c. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. celery seed
- 2 c. sugar
Directions

1Pour 2 cups sugar over cabbage, 1 onion and 1 bell pepper. Bring oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and celery seed to a boil.

2Let cool and pour over cabbage mixture.

3Chill 24 hours.
