  • 4 lb. shredded cabbage
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. celery seed
  • 2 c. sugar

Directions

    Pour 2 cups sugar over cabbage, 1 onion and 1 bell pepper. Bring oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and celery seed to a boil.

    Let cool and pour over cabbage mixture.

    Chill 24 hours.
