- 2 3/4 cups flour Fine
- 5 tablespoons yogurt
- 5 tablespoons warm water
- 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- ghee or butter to apply.
Directions

1Add warm water, sugar and yeast. Mix well until the yeast dissolves.

2Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Make a well in the center.

3Add yeast mixture and yogurt and make into soft dough using water.

4Apply oil on the dough leave it covered with a cloth for at least 3 hours.

5Divide the dough making balls, about 4-6 pieces. Roll into 6-8 inch ovals shape.

6Cook for three minutes on each side under a preheated griddle,

7until brown spots appears.

8Serve hot with ghee or butter.
