  • 1 large box apricot Jell-O
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 4 chopped bananas
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 8 oz. cream cheese

    Cook until thick.

    Put on top of Jell-O that has jelled.

    Add Cool Whip on top.
