  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 pound Lean Ground Beef, 93% Lean
  • 1/2 cups Quick Cooking Oats
  • 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 cups Diced Onion
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pepper

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Whisk the egg in a large bowl.

    Add all the other ingredients, and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon.

    At this point, decide if you would like to use a muffin pan (9), mini loaf pans (5), or the old traditional large loaf pan.

    Whichever method you choose, divide the mixture evenly into your pan of choice.

    Bake in your preheated oven for 25 minutes.

    Flip them onto your plate with a salad and mashed potatoes, and Id say youve got a pretty good dinner.
