- 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
- 1 box light brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. broken nuts (or more, if desired)
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 3 Tbsp. self-rising flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1Melt butter and cool.

2Mix flour and sugar.

3Then add milk and the eggs.

4Beat well and stir in the vinegar, vanilla and butter. Add nuts and mix thoroughly.

5Pour into pie shell.

6Place in a cold oven and bake at 300° for 1 hour.

7This makes a big pie.

8The recipe can be doubled and made into 3 smaller size pies.

9They freeze well.
