- 2 lb of ground beef
- 1 lb of ground pork or sausage
- 1 half cup of bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1 can french onion soup
- 1 envelope beefy onion soup
- 1 green pepper
Directions

1preheat oven 375

2mix ground beef and dry onion soup and pork.

3cut green pepper add to mixture

4add egg and bread crumbs

5form mixture into a loaf

6cook for 35 to 40 mins

7spread golden mushroom soup over meatloaf

8pour french onion soup over meatloaf (do not add water to either can soup).

9continue cooking for 1hour or until no longer pink.

10let set 5min slice and enjoy.
