  • 2 lb of ground beef
  • 1 lb of ground pork or sausage
  • 1 half cup of bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 can french onion soup
  • 1 envelope beefy onion soup
  • 1 green pepper

    preheat oven 375

    mix ground beef and dry onion soup and pork.

    cut green pepper add to mixture

    add egg and bread crumbs

    form mixture into a loaf

    cook for 35 to 40 mins

    spread golden mushroom soup over meatloaf

    pour french onion soup over meatloaf (do not add water to either can soup).

    continue cooking for 1hour or until no longer pink.

    let set 5min slice and enjoy.
