Ingredients
- 5 tbsp Olive oil
- 5 tbsp Vinegar
- 1/3 tsp Salt
- 1 Black pepper
- 1/2 clove Garlic (grated)
- 1 whatever you like Vegetables
Directions

1Mix all the ingredients together.

2Combine with vegetables of your choice.

3You can use several kinds of vegetables at once, I prefer eating one kind of vegetable at a time.

4Carrots: Finely julienne the carrots, and blanch briefly.

5Nanohana (rape blossoms): Boil, and cut into bite sized pieces.

6New potatoes: Scrub the skins well, cook in the microwave and mix with the dressing.

7I usually make 2 servings of salad at a time, and use 2 to 3 tablespoons of the dressing.

8Use as much as you prefer.

9Add 1/4 of an onion, finely chopped, to the dressing for a delicious variation.

10The dressing is also good with tender spring cabbage, carrot and canned tuna.
