- 4 cans Veg-All vegetables with juice
- 1 can abalone, chopped with juice
- 1 large (32 oz.) bottle ketchup
- 1 large bottle water (use ketchup bottle)
- 1 can (4 to 7 oz.) jalapeno peppers
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients.

2Chop about 3 to 4 peppers (1/3 cup).

3Add about 2 to 3 teaspoons of pepper juice.

4(Suit to your taste.)

5Remember the longer it sits, the hotter it gets.

6Cook for 10 minutes.

7Serve over rice.
