  • 6 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Jalapeno, minced
  • 2 Large Shallots minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2/3 cup Red wine vinegar
  • 2 cups Italian parsley
  • 2 cups Cilantro
  • 1 cup Olive oil

Directions

    Combine the garlic, Jalapeno, Shallots, salt and red wine vinegar in a bowl. Let sit for 30 minutes.

    Finely chop the Cilantro and Parsley and mix together in a separate bowl.

    Add the garlic mixture to the cilantro/parsley bowl and mix in the olive oil. Stir with a fork
