Acorn Squash Bake

  • 3 medium acorn squash
  • 2 tsp. margarine
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream

Directions

    Cut squash in half.

    Remove pits.

    Place in pot.

    Cover with water.

    Boil on stove top until done.

    Scoop squash from the shell.

    In a bowl, mix squash, margarine, sugar and heavy cream together.

    Place in baking dish and bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
