- 3 medium acorn squash
- 2 tsp. margarine
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
Directions

1Cut squash in half.

2Remove pits.

3Place in pot.

4Cover with water.

5Boil on stove top until done.

6Scoop squash from the shell.

7In a bowl, mix squash, margarine, sugar and heavy cream together.

8Place in baking dish and bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
