  • 1 box Duncan Hines butter recipe cake mix
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 large pkg. grated frozen coconut or 2 small pkg.

Directions

    Bake cake as directed on box; cool.

    Split into 4 layers.

    Mix sour cream, sugar and coconut; refrigerate overnight.

    Ice cake and wrap well.
  5. 5
    Refrigerate for at least 5 days before cutting. You are admonished not to use sooner.

    Freezes well after 5 days. This is messy to ice but is delicious.
