- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 c. sour cream
- 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) frozen coconut
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (2 layer)
Directions

1The night before baking the cake, combine sugar, sour cream and coconut.

2Store in refrigerator in a covered bowl.

3Next day, prepare cake and bake.

4Turn out layers and cool.

5Split each layer to a total of 4 layers.

6Fill and frost with sour cream mixture.

7Store in the refrigerator in cake box.

8Do not cut for 4 days.
