- 1 onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/8 to 1/4 c. vinegar
- 2/3 to 3/4 c. low sodium soy sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) can or 2 large fresh tomatoes
- 1 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Brown chicken in oil with minced garlic and diced onion.

2Add vinegar, soy sauce, tomatoes and water.
