  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 bayleaf
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 dried red chili pepper
  • 4 tbsp fisf sauce
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

    Season the chicken with salt.

    Heat the oil in a pan and add the chicken drumsticks.

    When they get browned, remove them from the pan.

    In the same pan, cook the onion and garlic for about 1 minute.

    Add the tomato and cook for about 1 minute.

    Add the chicken drumsticks back and mix with the onion and tomato.

    Add the sauce and chili to the pan.

    Cook with a lid for about 20 minutes.
