Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups Cocoa
  • 2 sticks Butter
  • 1/8 gallons Sugar
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 3/8 quarts All-purpose Flour
  • 1/3 Tablespoons Baking Powder
  • 1/3 Tablespoons Salt
  • 1/4 quarts Chocolate Chips

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9x13 pan.

    Mix together cocoa (I use a couple tablespoons of dark cocoa, the rest regular), butter, sugar and eggs. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Add chocolate chips, and/or nuts if desired.

    Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 22-25 minutes or so. Check for desired doneness-we prefer them a little on the underdone side.
