- 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 head cabbage (strips)
- 1 onion
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 3 c. cooked white rice
Directions

1Saute onion in olive oil.

2Add ground chuck.

3Cook until browned.

4Add cabbage and saute for a few minutes, then add tomatoes (diced).

5Add soy sauce and peanut butter.

6Simmer until cabbage is tender.

7Add cayenne pepper (to taste).

8Remove from heat and stir in yogurt.

9Serve over cooked white rice.
