  • 1 chuck roast, cubed
  • 1 chicken, cut up
  • 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes with juice (cut up tomato)
  • 1 onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1 green pepper, coarsely chopped
  • Tabasco sauce to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Brown chuck; put aside.

    In new pan, put in chicken; brown. Add chuck and rest of ingredients.

    Cover; simmer 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6 to 8.
