- 1 lb. confectioners sugar
- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. flavoring extracts
- drop of food coloring
- 1 tsp. softened butter or margarine
Directions

1Combine egg whites, heavy cream, confectioners sugar, vanilla extract and food coloring.

2Mix thoroughly.

3Add butter until well blended.

4Roll into small balls and arrange on waxed paper.

5Press each to flatten with tines of a fork that has been dipped in confectioners sugar.

6Let stand overnight to form a crust.

7Store layered with wax paper in an airtight container.

8May be frozen for several months.

9Makes 6 dozen quarter size mints.
