Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. Water
  • 1 Tbsp. AGAR FLAKES
  • 1/3 c. Cashews
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 3 Tbsp. Pimento, optional
  • 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. YEAST FLAKES
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Onion power
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic pwdr

Directions

    Lightly boil water and agar flakes for 3 min.

    Stir occasionally.

    Blend till smooth remaining ingredients.

    Stir all ingredients together.

    Chill.

    This cheese can be sliced.

    When warmed it gives a slight melting effect.

    Good for GRILLED CHEESE.
